Imagine an entire filing cabinet conveniently organized onto a single CD ROM or SD Card.
Don't sit in a cluttered office anymore, have all your files organized so you can easily
find anything you need or want. Where you can't find a Fire-Safe large enough to store
all the files in your filing cabinets, you can find one big enough to keep the CD ROM's
or SD Card's containing all your files. (cost: per each individual job or contract)**

Desktop Publishing*
Too busy to sit hours in front of your computer designing a brochure or bulletin? Give
me your rough draft of content, and I will design your brochure or bulletin for you.
Includes; all formatting, grammar/spelling/syntax checking, one original hard copy and
one original soft copy. Cover Art and major charts and graphics are not included in the
cost of Desktop Publishing. ($20.00 per page)**

Filing*
Sort and organize your files. ($10 per hour)**

Courier*
Tired of having to run your documents to the printer and/or running out of time to pick them
up? I will securely and expediently transport your documents to the printers and back to you
at your convenience. (cost is printers cost per copy plus extra 5 cents per copy)**

Typing Documents*
No time to type up your document? I will reproduce handwritten documents in electronic
form while correcting all spelling, grammar and syntax. Includes one original hard
copy and one original soft copy. ($2.50 per page)**

PC Tune-up Service*
Maintain and run anti-virus and anti-spyware software monthly. Backup files monthly (Customer retains backup for safe keeping). Perform monthly diagnostics on various aspects of system. Keep customer notified of monthly updates for system software. ($20 per mo [1 PC/subscription])
